We developed "Food Safety Fact vs. Myth," a streamlined yet engaging quiz-based learning experience designed for maximum clarity and global reach. This approach prioritized rapid development and multilingual accessibility without sacrificing learner engagement.

The training presents common food safety statements and challenges learners to distinguish established facts from dangerous myths:
- Clear, concise statements appear in the learner's native language
- Users make straightforward "Fact" or "Myth" selections
- Immediate feedback explains why a statement is true or false

The Expanse Approach
